How Our Scholarship Program Works
Global Service Adventures is proud to have provided a multitude of scholarships for students who have shown financial need and merit. Here is everything you need to know about applying.
Demonstrate Financial Need
Students submit an application showing financial need. Our team reviews each application carefully and confidentially.
Show Merit & Motivation
Applicants demonstrate merit through academic standing, community involvement, and a personal statement about why they want to travel with GSA.
Range of Assistance
We provide a range of assistance, awarding up to 100% of the program fee in select cases, making these experiences more accessible than ever before.
First-Time Travelers
Typically, scholarship awards are open to first-time travelers, ensuring students who have never had this opportunity are prioritized.
Application Review
Our scholarship committee reviews all applications and notifies recipients before the registration deadline so families can plan accordingly.
Ongoing Support
Scholarship recipients receive the same level of support as all GSA travelers - pre-trip preparation, on-ground staff, and post-trip reflection.
