    As a Field Staff with GSA, you'll have the incredible opportunity to act as an International Director and Mentor on our programs. You will collaborate with international students, local staff, and community partners, all while making sure every participant has a life-changing experience.

    Application Process

    Step 1: Online Application

    Fill out and submit an online application. When submitting an application, please ensure you complete the entire application process by uploading your resume, cover letter, and two references.

    Step 2: Interview Process

    We will review your application, cover letter, and resume. If your application is selected, we will invite you to a first-round interview via Zoom. After the initial assessment, selected candidates will progress to additional interviews.

    Step 3: References And Background Check

    We will contact your references. Assuming all goes well, you will be offered a position and then we will run a background check on you. Once the check comes back satisfactory, you'll begin the onboarding process!
